At the beginning of December, we took part in the Gastro Cup in Banská Bystrica, where the best of the Slovak gastronomy scene came together. Representing Lunter Professional, we served a true explosion of flavors – smooth desserts made with Crème de Tofu and irresistible crackling pastries with our crackling spread, which disappeared in no time. Alongside tastings, we actively networked with chefs and professionals from the gastro industry, exchanging ideas, experiences, and plenty of inspiration.
