Thanks to the cooperation with the NGO Vietnamese Roots, this exceptional event took place in Bratislava’s Fresh Market, where all passers-by had the opportunity to turn all the great food into their own Vietnamese-style summer rolls. In addition to the tofu that people were putting in their rolls, they were able to sample tofu in tempura or profiteroles with our cranberry pâté. The beautiful atmosphere and friendly mood attracted many who were happy to roll up their piece of happiness.
