Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1500 g white cabbage
- 7 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
Dressing
- 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 7 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 250 g Lunter Soyannaise
- 250 g Lunter Soyacream
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Clean the cabbage and remove the stalk. Grate coarsely or cut as finely as possible.

Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely as well. Peel the onion and dice finely.

Combine the cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl.

Season with sugar and salt and knead vigorously for 1-2 minutes and squeeze.

For the dressing, mix all ingredients and pour over the salad.

Mix thoroughly, season to taste and let the coleslaw soak covered in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
