Ingredients
- 52 g white toast bread
- 25 g LUNTER Paté de Tofu Cranberry
- 10 g cranberry jam
- 14 g LUNTER Smoked Tofu
- 20 g hard-boiled egg (approx. ½ pc)
- 4 g lamb’s lettuce
Instructions

Mix the Cranberry Paté de Tofu with cranberry jam and coarsely grated smoked tofu.

Spread the mixture onto one slice of toast.

Hard-boil the egg, peel it, let it cool, and slice it. Place on top of the spread.

Add lamb’s lettuce and cover with the second slice of toast.

Cut the sandwich diagonally, place both halves together, and secure with a long toothpick.
