Ingredients
- 50 g dark multigrain toast bread
- 30 g LUNTER Creme de Tofu
- 14 g teriyaki sauce / marinade
- 4 g sunflower seeds
- 34 g LUNTER Marinated Tofu Teriyaki
- 2 g arugula
- 4 g iceberg lettuce
Instructions

Season the Creme de Tofu with teriyaki sauce, add sunflower seeds and coarsely grated marinated tofu.

Mix well and spread onto one slice of toast.

Arrange arugula and slices of iceberg lettuce on top.

Cover with the second slice of toast, cut diagonally, and secure the halves with a long toothpick.
