Ingredients

  • 600 g Lunter Quick&Easy tofu no-egg breakfast
  • 10 wheat wraps
  • 125 g rucola
  • 1 1/4 red bell pepper, strips
  • 250 g cucumber, diced
  • 5 avocados, sliced
  • 5 spring onions, fine rings

Instructions

Sprinkle some rucola in the middle of each tortilla.

Top with the No-Egg Breakfast, bell pepper, cucumber, spring onions, avocado.
