Ingredients
- 600 g Lunter Quick&Easy tofu no-egg breakfast
- 10 wheat wraps
- 125 g rucola
- 1 1/4 red bell pepper, strips
- 250 g cucumber, diced
- 5 avocados, sliced
- 5 spring onions, fine rings

Instructions

Sprinkle some rucola in the middle of each tortilla.

Top with the No-Egg Breakfast, bell pepper, cucumber, spring onions, avocado.
