Gastro Sweet Fest at PVA Expo Prague = 3 days of pure food buzz. In November, we brought Lunter Professional to Prague and the energy was next level. Jakub Lunter gave an inspiring talk, and we served a sweet + savoury tasting of 10 tofu creations to show tofu can shine in desserts too — and people were genuinely surprised. Highlight of the stage: pastry star Iva Roháčová (AKC ČR) made a live dessert with our Creme de tofu, and the crowd tasted it right away. Instant wow.
