We joined the very first New Food Kitchen by ProVeg Česko and it confirmed one thing: plant based gastronomy is no longer a trend, but part of modern kitchens. The competition for the best plant based dish showed an impressive level of creativity, technique and flavour. Huge congratulations to this year’s winner Pavla Drlíková from Veganské neřesti. Big thanks as well to the jury: Miluše Makó, Jonas Slusariuc, Adam Rundus and Petja Fonda, led by Tomáš Popp. For us, this is exactly what Lunter Professional stands for: products that work in real kitchens, for chefs who expect quality without compromise.
