Chinese stir-fry

Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
- LUNTER Tofu Natural 3/4 block
- Ground Cumin 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Bell Pepper 3/8 cup
- Leeks 1/2 cup
- Spring Onions 1/4 cup
- Chinese Cabbage 1 cup
- Carrots 1/3 cup
- Vegetable Stock 1 cup
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Salt and Black Pepper according to taste

Roughly chop the tofu, lightly season with black pepper, then mix with the soy sauce and cumin. Sauté in a pan with some oil until golden brown.

Roughly chop the vegetables and add to the pan. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

In vegetable broth, mix corn starch and soy sauce.

Pour the mixture into the pan with tofu and vegetables and let it boiled for 3 minutes.

Serve with rice!
