Tofu & mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
  • LUNTER Tofu Natural 3/4 block
  • White Onions 1/8 cup
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/5 cup
  • Vegetable Stock 3/4 cup
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp

Instructions

Chop the tofu into your preferred size and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

 Chop the onion finely, slice the mushrooms, and add both into the pan with the tofu. Spice with black pepper and paprika, then sauté for 5 minutes.

 Add the vegetable stock and soy sauce, then bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes, while mixing the cornflour and water together separately. Add this to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

 Serve with rice prepared to your liking.
