Garlic tofu strips

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil 15 ml
  • LUNTER Tofu Natural 250 g
  • Garlic 10 g
  • Spring Onions 15 g
  • Vegetable Stock 70 ml
  • Soy Sauce 30 ml
  • Brown Sugar 7 g
  • Cornflour 7 g
  • Broccoli 90 g

Instructions

 Slice the tofu into strips. Fry them for 5 to 6 minutes in oil until they firm up and turn golden brown. Set them aside on a plate.

 Crush the garlic and slice the spring onion, then sauté in a pan with a little oil.

 Add the vegetable stock, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.

 Mix the cornflour with a little water, then add to the saucepan. Let simmer for 5 minutes to reduce.

 Add the tofu and mix in.

Break the broccoli into florets, then steam for 5 to 6 minutes.

 Serve with rice and steamed broccoli!
