In February 2026, the HoReCa event “Skonių vasara 2026” took place in Klaipėda, bringing together professionals from gastronomy and large-scale catering across the region. Together with the Lunter team, we participated thanks to our partner and distributor Reketukas, who helped us enter the Baltic market. We presented a tasting of desserts made from Creme de Tofu, marinated tofu, and natural tofu, showcasing how plant-based products can be used in both sweet and creative applications. Throughout the day, we had numerous conversations with chefs and head chefs about the practical use of plant-based ingredients in modern gastronomy. Our participation also confirmed our growing presence in the Baltic countries, including Lithuania, where plant-based concepts are gaining increasing attention in professional kitchens.
