Ingredients

375 g Lunter Natural Tofu, very finely diced (3 × 3 mm)

5 tsp soy sauce

125 g basil, sliced

3 tbsp mint, sliced

3 tsp lovage, sliced

5 tbsp almonds, chopped

5 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 organic lemons, grated

1 tsp salt

pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix the tofu and soy sauce.

In a multi-chopper of basil, mint, lovage, almonds, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper mix a pesto.

Mix the tofu well with 2 tablespoons of pesto and let it marinate a little.

Then use it like a pesto for pasta.
