Pesto

Ingredients

  • 375 g Lunter Natural Tofu, very finely diced (3 × 3 mm)

  • 5 tsp soy sauce

  • 125 g basil, sliced

  • 3 tbsp mint, sliced

  • 3 tsp lovage, sliced

  • 5 tbsp almonds, chopped

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 organic lemons, grated

  • 1 tsp salt

  • pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix the tofu and soy sauce.

In a multi-chopper of basil, mint, lovage, almonds, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper mix a pesto.

Mix the tofu well with 2 tablespoons of pesto and let it marinate a little.

Then use it like a pesto for pasta.
