Živánska – roast potatoes and veggies

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2 cup
  • Zucchini 1 cup
  • White Onions 3/4 cup
  • LUNTER Tofu Marinated 1,5 block
  • Cherry Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Instructions

Cut the potatoes lengthwise then slice to form half-moons. Do the same for the zucchini. Slice the onion thinly and dice the tofu. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

 Mix together with the olive oil, paprika, rosemary, cumin, and salt.

Place on a baking sheet then bake for 40 minutes at 220 ̊C. Turn the oven up to 250 ̊C and bake for another 10 minutes.

 Serve with pickles!
