Tofu Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 875 g Lunter Tofu Marinated Soy Sauce
  • 2 onions, finely chopped5 gherkins, thin strips
  • 15 mushrooms, fine leaves
  • 2 1/2 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 625 ml stock
  • 250 g Lunter Creme de Tofu
  • 1 1/4 tbsp mustard
  • 10 cl brandy
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

Cut the tofu into strips and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Sauté the onion until translucent.

Add the gherkins and mushrooms and sauté until the water has evaporated.

Add the paprika powder and sauté briefly. Add the white wine and reduce. Add the broth.

Now add the warm tofu and let the sauce boil down for about 5 minutes.

Add Creme de Tofu, mustard and brandy, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil only briefly.
