Bread

Ingredients

  • 300 g Lunter Okara
  • 450 g fine flour
  • 50 ml water (plus extra if needed)
  • 10 g salt
  • 21 g yeast
  • 15 g linseeds
  • 100 g potatoes, boiled

Instructions

Prepare the leaven from fine flour, yeast and water, and leave to rest for 1 hour.

Mix in all the remaining ingredients and knead into dough.

Add extra water as required to achieve the right consistency.

Shape into a loaf and bake at 220 °C for approx. 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 10 minutes.
