Tiramisu

Ingredients

Cream layer

  • 450 g Lunter Creme de Tofu
  • 80 ml maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 vanilla, scraped out
  • 10g cornstarch
  • 100 ml whipped coconut cream

Coffee Soak

  • 200 ml strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp cardamon, ground
  • ½ tsp ginger, ground
  • 150g digestive biscuits or sponge cake slices

Topping

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 30g dark chocolate, grated

Instructions

Blend creme, maple syrup, vanilla, and cornstarch until smooth.

Fold in whipped coconut cream for a richer texture.

Refrigerate while preparing the rest.

Brew coffee and mix in cinnamon, cardamom and ginger.

Let it cool to room temperature.

Dip each biscuit briefly into the coffee soak (don’t oversoak).

Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits at the bottom of a dish.

Spread half of the tofu cream evenly over the biscuits.

Repeat with another layer of soaked biscuits, then the remaining cream.

Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
