Tofu balls

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 tbsp 350 ml
  • White Onions 1/4 cup 1000 g
  • Carrots 1/2 cup 3 500 g
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp 100 g
  • LUNTER Tofu Smoked 1 1/3 block 10 500 g
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp 500 ml
  • Fine Oatmeal 1/3 cup

Finely chop the onions and peel then coarsely grate the carrot.

 Sauté the onion and carrot in an oiled pan for 5 minutes. Crumble the tofu then blend them with an immersion blender until there are no large chunks left. Add paprika to the onion and carrot.

 Add the sautéed carrot and onion to the blended tofu alongside soy sauce and oatmeal. Mix the mixture thoroughly by hand and let sit for 10 minutes.

 Form balls with your hands, each ball using approximately 35g of the mixture.

 Heat a generous amount of oil and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides. Alternatively, use a deep fryer.

 Serve with vegan mashed potatoes!
